If u prefer college over branch then after MIT,BCE u can go with Darbhanga,Nalanda, Motihari,Gaya,Chhapra.at this rank u will not get MIT/BCE but u will remaining colleges which I have mentioned in my post.

I think your rank is good but for best options you have check out the last year cut off and coresponding ranks and than you will get the full approximation about admission.
U have fair chances of IT branch in MIT & CSE in BCE.if u wait for second round u might have chance of getting CIVIL/ECE in MIT.as 100 seats are increased in BCE definitely ur chances are high.
