Yes you can surley convert all branches at MIT Muzzafarpur.
Ylu can also convert top colleges like following ;
Definitely u will atleast get IT/ECE/Leather in MIT MUZAFFARPUR and CSE at BCE Bhagalpur.if not in first counseling then try for further round.
