In order to get agriculture engineering branch for your b.tech. you should have given CBA i.e. Chemistry, Biology and Agriculture exam in BCECE 2018. As of my knowledge you might not get agriculture engineering as a branch for your b.tech.

According to your rank, I think that your admition in EE is not possible with this rank. Looking at the previous year cut off trends which was closed at rank 601, its almost impossible to get a seat in EE.
