If any body is belongs to any catagory like BC SC ST then he will alloted on the basis of catagory rank. General students only alloted on the basis of UR rank.

BCECE unreserved rank is 3305 and according to your category rank 1397,you have a lot of good options to get and for this you can use the rank predictors.

In the first round counselling it is difficult to get the decent colleges but you can try for the colleges like Sitamarhi Institute of Technology, Sitamarhi, Katihar College of Engineering, Katihar, BP Mandal College of Engineering, Madhepura etc. You can check your best chances with BCECE college predictor tool.
