it's tough to tell you the no of students registered this year as they haven't released the stats yet.. based on previous year's data about 24819 students appeared for paper and about 5174 qualified in first round and about 2877 qualified in second round of counselling.

you don't have any sort of special college for EB category students you just got to fill your choices there would be leniency in allotment of seat based on your category.
