Yes, you are required to report at the reporting centre during the counselling.
Also, the previous dates for reporting at the reporting centres was August 1st which has now been extended till August 3rd. Kindly report at the venue by 10:00 AM.

As per the recent notification from BCECE, candidates will have to report at the counselling centre and get the document verified in order to get the admission.
Also, the date has been extended till August 3rd, 2018. If you haven't got them verified yet, kindly get your documents

When you choose upgrade option in BCECE Counselling . It means you are looking for a better college & usually better college is alloted to the individual under upgradation option.
