As per the recent notification by BCECE, you can now register again for the second round seat allotment. The fresh procedure has started which started today and will be till 9th August, 2019. The seat allotment will be released on 11th August, 2018.

As per the BCECE 2018 counselling Procedure. You can't make changes in choice filling in 2nd round of seat allotment.
Registration & Choice Filling is one time option for all those candidates who is included in published result of PCM group of BCECE-2018.
