In most of the counselling generally three option have to see.
1. Float: suppose you have alloted a seat and you want to go for further round of the counselling with securing this seat. In it your college or seat may change.
2.Slide: This is same as float

BCECE 1st round is announced so you have got a seat in 1st round, right ?
But at the first round you have selected slide or float option so in the 2nd round you did not alloted any new seat so your previous seat is remains same.
