Lateral entry means if you have done 1st year from any college and you want to study in different college the you can continue from the second year from your other desirable college. This is lateral entry.

Registrations for BCECE 2018 counselling started on July 19. As of today, two rounds of seat allotment has been made. The third round of seat allotment was to be announced on August 31, but has been currently postponed.
