The counselling registration process for GATE/GPAT candidates is going on. But the exact dates for the counselling schedule for AP PGCET qualufied students has not been released yet. The counselling for the same will start after the counselling session for GATE/GPAT candidates will be over. And this year , the registrations for counselling of AP PGCET qualified candidates is most likely to begin in the fourth week of july.

If the issue is only about sir name being at first position and your name at the second position or vice versa then this is not a big issue.The university form should be filled properly as per documents of standard 12th.

If there is a mistake in spelling then it causes problems and that too can be resolved by making affidavits and bonafide certificates.

Yours only name order is difference so there will not be issue all you need to do is fill your university application form properly and all other proofs of yours should have proper order of your name.

And also the university focuses on documents of class 12th and not 10th std.

Congrats on your AP PGECET. Yes it is necessary to have residence certificate. Nativity certificate is proof that you live in this country but residence certificate is a proof for recidinding in a particular state for a specific period of time. As each state gives a benifit to their own state students it is necessary for you to provide residence certificate

As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your rank and based upon the previous year cuttoff marks you have mostly chances of getting admission in (B) category collage such as velagapudi ramakrishna siddharta engineering collage, vijaywada and Annamacharya insitute of technology and science, lakireddy bali reddy collage of engineering, krishna. 

Only those candidates who getting rank 500-1000 admission in those government engineering collage.
