The initial step before proceeding to counsel process is to get all the certificates verified. For this, a proper session will be conducted. It starts with the registration, then they will be assigned a session with the timings and venue. Mentioned below is a certificate verification schedule as per their AP PGECET ranks.

• Registration is carried out at respective help centers only.
• Reach the venue and wait for the announcement from authorities
• Submit AP PGECET rank card to the personnel at the entrance.
• When a candidate’s rank is called, he/she has to pay the counseling fee.
• Post that the AP PGECET registration form will be given to them.
• Fill details like AP PGECET 2019 Hall ticket number and rank in the form
•  In the next announcement, get all the documents verified.

Documents Required for Certificate Verification

• AP PGECET Rank Card
• SSC Passing Certificate
• Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
• 10th and 12th class Mark Sheet and passing certificate
• GATE Score Card/GPAT Score Card
• Migration or Transfer Certificate
• Income certificate (issued after January 01, 2019)
• Caste certificate (if required)
• Aadhar card
• Residence certificate of either of parents for 10 years in A.P/Telangana excluding the period of their employment outside A.P/Telangana from M.R.O. for candidates who studied outside the state of AP/Telangana
• Disability Certificate (if applicable)
• PC/Degree Certificate & Memorandum of marks of qualifying Examination
• Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates

Documents required by the Special Category (NCC/CAP/PH/Sports) candidates

• PH Category: submit the certificate issued by the District Medical Board and should have a disability of 40% and above.
• CAP Category: submit the following documents:-

1. Service certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
2. Identity Card
3. Serving persons have to submit Service Certificates from their workplace showing the relationship with the candidate.
4. The candidate whose parents are a domicile of AP/Telangana is considered to be eligible to come under the CAP category.
5. Discharge Book for verification.

• NCC Category: submit their A, B, C certificates.

As soon as when the notification for counselling dates are announced the payment link for counselling fees will be activated, and we can make payment through official website only and you will get the payment details. These payment details will be useful in the time of Certificate verification and counselling time.

• Step 1 – Payment of application fee: Candidates had to pay the requisite application fee and provide the details required. Upon successful payment, they received a transaction ID which had to be kept safe.

The application fee of AP PGECET 2019 had to be submitted before form submission otherwise it was considered as incomplete. The official AP PGECET application fee has been given in the table below.

• Step 2 – Registration: To register, candidates had to provide their payment reference ID, qualifying exam hall ticket number, mobile number and date of birth.

• Step 3 – Providing of details: After registration, candidates had to fill their personal, qualifying exam, communication and Aadhaar Card details. They also had to choose exam centres according to their preference and upload their photo and signature in the format specified.

• Step 4 – Submission of form: As soon as all the details are filled in the form, candidates had to check them carefully and then submit them. A unique registration number was generated the moment form was submitted. This number had to be noted down by candidates for future. They should also download the filled application form and take its print out.
