you should follow the prescribed books by the AP PGECET. Study materials is hard to get. i would suggest you to search in your browser. There are private webpages who provides study material for different branch like manabadi webpage

With this rank you can easily get AU, Vizag, There is no need to give APPGECET as AU accepts GATE score.

But i would suggest to you to try for some NIT's as with this rank you can get a NIT.

I am not saying that AU is bad but still doing Mtech from any Universities other than IIT's or the top NIt's is just a piece of paper.

see candidates who have valid gate score need not to participate in appgecet exam, you can directly apply  for counselling process when it starts, generally it held on month of june.
