So, yes you may be eligible to secure a seat in Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada in order to pursue food technology. Also, you have managed to secure more than the minimum qualifying cutoff according to the category cutoff. So chances are there you'd be getting an admission. As per the notification available on the official site of AP PGECET GATE/GPAT qualified and eligible candidates have been informed to register through online from 04/11/2020 to 08/11/2020 to participate in the counselling for admission into M.Tech/M.Pharm./Pharm.D (PB) courses in University and affiliated private Engineering/Pharmacy colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The registration fee for SC/ST candidates is Rs.300/- and for others Rs.600/-. The qualified and eligible registered candidates of GATE/GPAT and APPGECET2020 can attend web counselling for admission into M.Tech./M.Pharm../Pharm.D (PB) courses from 17/11/2020 onwards. Counselling fee (for GATE/GPAT/APPGECET-2020 candidates) is Rs. 600/- for SC/ST and Rs. 1200/- for others .

Residence certificate of either of parents for a period of 10 years in A.P/Telangana excluding the period of their employment outside A.P/Telangana from M.R.O. for candidates who studied outside the state of AP/Telangana is required. SSC Passing Certificate
Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
10th and 12th class Mark Sheet and passing certificate
GATE Score Card/GPAT Score Card
Migration or Transfer Certificate
Income certificate
Caste certificate (if required)
Aadhar card

PH Category: Candidates who belong to category have to submit a certificate issued by the District Medical Board and should have a disability of 40% and above.
CAP Category: Candidates who belong to this category should submit the following documents:
Service certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer.
Identity Card
Serving persons have to submit Service Certificates from their workplace showing the relationship with the candidate.
The candidate whose parents are domicile of AP/Telangana are considered to be eligible to come under CAP category.
Discharge Book for verification.
NCC Category: Candidates who belong to this category have to submit their A, B, C certificates.

According to the internet research , there are no colleges / universities you can get in with AP PGECET which avails full fee reimbursement. Although from the year 2019, the fee are lowered than it was before. The average fees for MTech is around Rs.60,000/sem.
