Hello,
As per the reports approximately 29,000 candidates appeared for AP PGECET 2021 and approximately 26,000 candidates qualified in AP PGECET this year. It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank as it depends on various factors such as total number of candidates appeared in a particular stream, highest score, normalization of marks etc. The marks vs rank trend changes every year. It is expected that your rank will be below 1000 considering the given score.

Hello aspirant,
While the OBC status of a candidate might change only when the community of the individual candidate is removed from the OBC list, his/her creamy layer status may change any time. Therefore, it is not possible to ascertain a fixed validity period for the OBC certificate.
Although, for most reasonable purposes, the validity of an OBC NCL Certificate is considered to be as 1 year. If the OBC NCL certificate was procured before 1 year, it is always better to get a new OBC NCL before applying for various exams. Also, it is advisable to obtain the OBC NCL Certificate in either English (prefered) or Hindi.
Hope this helps,
All the Best!!
