But there might be probability of having Management quota seats through which you can join directly without any entrance exam, there might be high fees taken compared to normal seats.

Candidates must have minimum 60 percentage of aggregate in 20+2 or equivalent exam in science stream from a recognised Board.

Yes of course, there is a difference between amity JEE and JEE-Main. Amity JEE is an entrance  examination only for particular university that is Amity University but the JEE-Main is a national level examination which make you eligible for admission to top engineering institutions of India like NITs/IIITs.

See till now NTA has not announced the dates of entrance exam for various course but note that for undergraduate courses their is direct admission process for candidates who have scored 80% or more aggregate marks in 10+2 from CBSE/ICSE/any state board.
