I am sorry for collapse but you cannot change the examination dates as per your convineince. The exam will be held on the decided date by JNTU only.

The date for admit card for pen and paper test was on 4th April and if the admit card is still not there then it must be available in coming 2-3 days as the paper is on 28 April there's plenty of time so there's no need to
Try to enter the application number in a careful manner and enter the date of birth in the required way.
also check your confirmation mail as given when you had applied for the entrance examination and completed your payment option.
