AEEE Closing rank for coimbature campus was 2747 (open) and 16407 (state) for electronics and communication and 4051(open) and 19433(state) for electronics and electrical. So you can assume that ranks will not vary much.

Yes you must get a CS branch in good NIT college other than this you are also get admission in LNMIT,IIIT-Hyderabad.
I think that you should opt IIIT-Hyderabad.
