As AEEE is an entrance exam for Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham only so you won't get benefits of rank in this exam in other colleges so you must give both the exam.

But you can apply for admission in the Institute with either Jee

No,it is not possible to change the test city once you had filled the preference of test cities in the application form.So, the best way is to contact the helpline of the exam authorities and lets hope for the positive reply and they will guide you for the test centres.

You cannot change the exam centre anytime except during the registration process. While registering you can review the details filled by you and can edit if needed anywhere. After you submit the form, you cannot make any changes. Slot booking will be done for that exam center that you chose
