Since you are from Andhra Pradesh , so you wont have any state quota. so in open category its not possible to get any campus with 14k rank.

You atleast need a rank less then 7000 for getting into any of the campuses of Amritapuri, Coimbatore

Yes you will get CSE but in only two campuses that is: Coimbatore and Amritapuri.

And you might also get the Bangalore campus but chances are low.

And The above mentiond thing is correct only if you have any state quota. if you dont have any state quota
