With 18k rank you wont get ECE in bangalore campus as the cutoff for ECE in bangalore campus ends in and around 15k. But as far as your rank is considered then you will get EEE in Bnaglore campus.

If his state of domicile is not from Karnataka,he might get EEE,Mech on the basis of previous year trends.

However,he might get courses other than CSE,EEE,ECE at the Chennai campus.

If he has state quota,he would get all branches other than,CSE and ECE in the above mentioned campus.
