According to last year cutoff of Amrita college of technology Coimbatore you have a great chance to get ece. Last year cutoff for ece was 2700 for other state and 16407 for home state as your rank is 1800 you are eligible in both condition.

As per your rank mentioned in AEEE it is possible to get CSE in Coimbatore campus. Last year cutoff for home state for cse under state category is 13801. So, on 12616 rank it will be possible to get admission in CSE respectively.
