As per your mentioned rank  in AEEE 2019 you have sure chance to get coimbatore campus as per last year cutoff rank , as you belong to home state so last year state cutoff was 13801 for CSE respectively.

As you are not eligible for State quota in the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham's AEEE 2019, your rank will not get you a seat in any stream of engineering in any campus. The closing ranks for general category candidates belonging to open quota is around 6000-7000 every year.
