Based on previous years trends, Your son can get EEE and ECE in Amrita Baglore campus under open category. Amrita Coimbatore has Higher cutoffs under open category and if you belong to Tamil Nadu, you can get a seat in coimbatore campus under State quota.

You have very less chance of getting a seat in any branch of Amrita. I assuming this is your AEEE rank, as per the previous year closing rank trends, for all the branches the closing rank for outside state category candidates closes in around 8000 rank

Based on previous years cutoffs and trends , you can get a seat in CSE if you only belong to the respective state ie Tamil Nadu or Kerala. I don't think you can get a seat in open category ,since the cutoffs are high for CSE.

• A pass in 10 + 2 (Class XII) or its equivalent examination with minimum 60% aggregate of marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with not less than 55%

I think you can get ECE at Amrita Coimbatore via state quota if you belong to Tamil Nadu. However, if you belong to different state, i think it will be quite difficult for you to get a seat, since the cutoffs under open category are generally high.
