I think you can get ECE at Amrita Coimbatore via state quota if you belong to Tamil Nadu. However, if you belong to different state, i think it will be quite difficult for you to get a seat, since the cutoffs under open category are generally high.

You cannot get CSE in any campus as you fall in the other state quota and the other quota CSE seats in all the campuses go up 4000-5000 rank atmost.
