Well chances are high , since you are from tamil nadu you can apply with state quota (according to previous years analysis) state quota cut off ranges between 6-12k for cse , so you are almost on borderline of getting/not getting cse since cut off ranks are generally subjective nothing

1. ECE - open quota - 5696- State quota - 19408

2. EEE - open quota - 6991 - State quota - 19969
