I scored 4800rank in AEEE.there is no course offered to me in trail allotment. Is there achance of getting cse ece in coimbatore or banglore

AEEE is a national level entrance exam organized by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. It is conducted every year for admitting aspirants into various UG Engineering programs offered by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University in its 5 campuses - Coimbatore, Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Mysuru.

What is the order of preference for amrita campuses after coimbatore

Hi,

The CSE course is equally good in all campuses but Amritapuri slightly edges ahead in terms of exposure

All the other courses,the order would be Coimbatore followed by Amritapuri which is more or less equivalent to the Bengaluru campus.Chennai campus should be your last choice as it is a

Hi,

On the basis of previous year trends,you would be getting some lower branches in Coimbatore.

EEE,Mech and ECE at Amritapuri and Bengaluru

Most of the branches in Chennai.

Most of the top rankers who don't join Amrita later on also participate in the trial allotment.

Therefore,stay patient and wait

My son got 5146 in AEEE 2019 he got mechanical in Bangalore in trail allotment is there any chance to get cse in Bangalore in first allotmen

Hello!!!

As per the rank and previous years' trend , it is possible to get cse in Bangalore if upper ranked students have left their seats for some better institute. But it is not confirmed. You may keep a track of the allotment process. The link which is provided below

Hi,

If you have chosen for those courses which closes earlier than your rank,then you would not have been alloted anything.

There are several rounds remaining and my advice would be to wait as on the basis of past year trends,you would get most of the courses in any campuses

This is the trial allotment and most of the top rankers who may not join Amrita later would also have particpated.

So be rest assured,on the basis of previous year trends,you would get all branches other than CSE and ECE in the general quota and all branches under the

Last year the closing rank for CSE in amritapuri campus was

Homestate 6767

Otherstate 10354

So it seems you have very high chances of getting CSE in amritapuri campus. Check this link for cutoff

The last year closing rank at Bangalore campus was- 

Other state- 6998

Homestate-19650

So if you have home state quota than you have chances and in case of other state you have low chances. Check this link to get cutoff
