Greetings! The eligibility criteria for AEEE 2020 :
1. Candidate's date of birth should be on or after 1- july-1999
2. Candidate should have passed +2 or equivalent class.
3. Aggregate marks should be 60% atleast.
4. Exam authorities also accept valid JEE scores.

I am attendingAEEE tomorrow, but I will be rejected due to eligibility concerns based on minimum mark.they are giving 60:40 weightage for CBSE and aeee rsptly.will my name be in the ranklist of aeee even if I dont meet the eligibility criteria or will i be rejected from the initial rank list itself

The eligibility criteria for AEEE 2020 is that

  • Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 60% marks and must have scored minimum 55% marks individually in each subject from a recognized board.
  • Candidate born on or after July 1, 1999 are eligible.

Your rank will depend on various parameters like state quota, local quota for various courses. It even depends on the marks scored by other students.

My daughter has got rank 7788 in AEEE and allotted chemical engineering in coimbattur campus in second round and is there any chance to get CSC in 3rd round ? can we change branch after 1st sem ?

Hello student. 7788 is a good rank. if she is alloted with chemical engineering then there are very less chances that her getting csc in 3rd round of counselling.

For admissions through AEEE 2020, we will be giving 60% weightage to the entrance test scores and 40% to the class 12 marks.However, the ranking in the AEEE will totally depend on your score and performance in the entrance examination.

Hello student. Amritha college has never released marks vs rank or previous arks wise cut offs for branches. So you have to wait till the rank list is released and there by through that you can predict the branch you will be getting bty depending upon the last year rank
