First of all congrats for your rank. Yes, with 5744 rank in aeee 2020 you can get amrithpuri campus even in open category. The last rank for cse goes around 6000, so you can get it easily.

Sorry to say this, Even though u fall under the umbrella of state quota as well as SC quota, it is difficult to get into any of the campuses. Since, According to previous year's, ECE  cut off was around 16000.
