The GATE admit card is the mandatory document to appear for the exam.
Candidates are required to carry a valid photo identity along with the admit card and produce it for verification at the centre.
Candidates must ensure that their photograph and signature are legible on the GATE 2025 admit card.

In case the candidates forget their enrollment ID and password, they have to follow the below-given steps to learn how to retrieve login credentials to download GATE 2025 admit card.
Click on “Forgot Enrollment ID”
The registered mobile number will have to be submitted by the candidates.
The enrollment ID will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email ID.
Click on “Request for OTP”.
An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.
After the OTP is submitted, the candidates will be able to change their password.
As per the guidelines mentioned in the GATE exam admit card 2025, candidates should report to the examination centre at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the exam. Candidates are also advised to visit/locate the centre a day before to avoid any last-minute confusion and to arrive on time on the exam day.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after the time mentioned on the IIT Roorkee GATE 2025 admit card.
