VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
Hi aspirant,
See for the basic educational requirement the half yearly examination would not be only considered. Rather you will have to wait till April or May and find out the aggregate percentage of both terms to proceed further. In 2021 National testing agency had uplifted the minimum educational criteria and same can be expected for 2022 as well but you need to know that there is no minimum percentage criteria to appear in JEE main however if you want to get considered for admission in NIT, IIIT's etc 75 percent minimum is required.
For appearing in VITEEE, BITSAT and other top engineering entrance examinations you need to have at least 60% aggregate in your intermediate examination which will be we only found after both terms are conducted.
Hope it helps!!

Good Luck
AEEE and VITEEE are two of the biggest examination for getting entry into the best private Engineering colleges in India. See both the entrance examination traditionally was conducted as a Computer based test and students were required to reach the allocated centres on the mentioned date and time.
But due to very scary conditions related due to corona pending in 2021 it was not even possible to conduct it at the different centres so the examination was held in a remote proctored mode in which the students were allowed to write the examination from their homes with webcam and third eye. But it was clearly told that it is due to unusual conditions and the same tradition will be followed from next year so you can not a call from your home's rather you will have to reach the allocated centre.
Hi
Unless the mode of the entrance exam is ORPE( online remote proctored exam) you can't take it from home irrespective of you being ill or not. This year Vellore institute of technology had conducted it in ORPE. Same can't be said about in 2022, they might be taking it in centers all over India. Check this link
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-exam-centres
As for AEEE it is both computer based and ORPE based , meaning you can take it in centers allotted or from home, both will be computer based.

Hope this answers your query!
There was been no official announcement for VITEEE 2022. Tentatively it will be released in month of November. Remote proctoring of the exam will depend on the COVID Situation and how the administration approaches the exam method. As of now nothing can be predicted.
There is no cap on attempt for VITEEE by a student. A student who has taken a gap year is also allowed for VITEEE. But there is an age restriction in the eligibility criteria which states, Candidates born on or after July 1, 2000 are eligible to apply for VITEEE 2022.
Hi,
VITEEE occurs usually in multiple slots every year. Due to this there is chances that they may repeat previous year questions. To take advantage of this situation, you must solve previous paper. This makes you familiar with VITEEE question pattern and difficulty level.
Thanks!!!
