VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
Hello aspirant. VITEEE is one of the most easy exams in engineering. They mostly ask basic questions and the plus point is their is no negative marking so you can even take a chance to guess. I guess 6 months is quite a good time to prepare for the exam, just brush up on your skills. The test is mostly conducted in February or March but due to pandemic it has been delayed to April or May.
Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore (also known as VIT Vellore) is a private deemed university in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. VIT Vellore holds the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) every year for B.Tech entry. For the previous year, VIT has issued a VITEEE Cut Off rank (based on Class 12 scores) to admit its students. VIT does not accept JEE Main or JEE Advanced scores for admission.

VITEEE is an entrance exam conducted by All campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology [VIT-Vellore / VIT-Chennai / VIT-AP / VIT-Bhopal] for gaining admission into their undergraduate programs.
Admission Process for VIT undergraduate courses is as follows
"Selection is based on the rank secured through online remote proctored examination VIEEE. Selected candidates will be called for online counselling based their ranking. Eligible Candidates may select specific campus and programme during the Counselling. After payment of full fees classes will be conducted online / reporting in person to the Institution.
For Indian nationals/ NRI/ PIO card holder, appearance in VITEEE-21 is mandatory to be eligible for B. Tech. admission under regular mode (Applicants under International/NRI quota exempted) . In case VITEEE gets cancelled due to natural calamities, qualifying criteria may be substituted with higher secondary marks or JEE-21 or a valid SAT. Applicants will be informed with specifics in such case.

Eligibility Criteria for VIT Master's entrance examination(VITMEE) is as follows
1) Candidates should have graduated with a full-time degree from any recognized University/Institute with a minimum aggregate of 60% or Ist class for MCA and M.Tech. degree programmes.
2)Consistent Record in X and XII Std is required.
3) Candidates appearing for their final degree exam / final semester exam in the current year are also eligible to apply.
Candidates should have completed their final Semester/year exams before the selection at VIT.
Placement Requirements: Industries offering Placement at VIT have stipulated a minimum of 60% Marks for candidates
in their undergraduate programmes and in class X and XII. Maximum of 2 years of academic gap is permitted.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
1)The applicants should apply online or mobile app in the respective link provided in the website (www.vit.ac.in) by
paying a non-refundable application fee of Rs.1200/- (rupees thousand two hundred only) (Including GST).
2)The applicants should register for VITMEE, a Computer Based Objective test at indicated test centres. The list of short-listed candidates will be published in the website or personal SMS will be send to the registered mobile number for online counselling.
3)Short-listed Candidates will be asked to choose the preference of campus and branch. Selected candidates will have to pay
an advance payment of Rs. 1 lakh. Candidates who fail to pay the advance before deadline, will not be considered for admission.

However this year VITMEE was cancelled because of the pandemic and the selection was based on undergraduate scores of the students.

At the time of allotment your long memo will not be more required or requested by the website but after the allotment you will get a college they will ask about the certificate or the long memo to submit them. If you are lack with it please consult your school principal they will give your certificate.

hello there! The VITEEE exam is an exam conducted for admissions into VIT. it has a separate maths, chem and physics section. HC verma delivers an in depth understanding of JEE level physics concepts only. Hence, it is advisable to stat from the basics. refer to the NCERTs and make your concepts strong and lay the foundation for competitive examinations. Try relearning the concepts and then refer to HV Verma for additional practice. It would be unwise to refer only to HC Verma
