No, a negative marking system is not present in the VIT entrance exam. As per the given reports for exam 2022, there is no such system of negative marking. The total number of questions in this exam is 125 questions that are of MCQ type. The duration of the exam is 2 hours and 30 minutes.

To take admission in vit you need to give the entrance examination that is viteee . If you are taking vit then be ready to pay the fees because in the private colleges you have to pay in vit atleast 13-14L if you have applied through category 1. But there is a provision that if you score below 1k rank then you have chances of the tuition fee waiver scheme. You will get the information in the official website.

As of now only applications are being accepted by VIT Vellore for VITEEE 2022 and they have not announced any exact dates for VITEEE 2022 but will release soon and tentatively it is supposed to be conducted in the last week of April 2022..
See VITEEE is generally conducted in Computer Based Test or in short CBT mode but last year they conducted it through remote proctored mode because of COVID pandemic but for this year till now there is no notification for conduction of an examination through any such mode, and as per the latest information this time VITEEE will be conducted in CBT mode at different examination centers in the last week of April 2022 (tentatively).

so here's the answer to your question, Yes VITEEE 2022 will also be conducted in online proctored mode this time. Hence according to latest news VITEEE 2022 result will also be declared in online mode through the official website. Vit has released its syllabus on the official website of vit. Earlier in this year vit has started its application process in the year 2021 in the month of April or May.
For the year 2022 you can be rest assured that vit will start it's online application process in the month April or May. The examination will be conducted via online mode that is it's a computer based examination.
The paper duration will be of 2 hours 30 mins . There will be a total of 125 multiple choice questions and for each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and there will be no negative marking.

There is no last date as published in the official website of VITEEE ( https://viteee.vit.ac.in/ ). The registration has started from 2nd December, 2021.
