You need to score more than 70 marks in your exam to get CSE branch in VIT Chennai.

Last year, Cut off rank of the VIT, chennai campus  for CSE branch was 14000.

You will have to refer to sources like books which have almost previous year questions similar to the questions in the exam like Arihant Publication.
