VIT Engineering Entrance Exam
Vellore Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Exam (VITEEE) 2018 will be held in multiple sessions across 124 exam cities including India and abroad. Since VITEEE is online, candidates have to book their test slots in order to download their admit card.

VITEEE never provides total mark scored by the student in the result. VITEEE result only provides your rank in the exam.
So, mark vs. rank is unpredictable for VITEEE.
Below 7000 ranks in VITEEE will fetch you Computer Science & Engineering, under 13000 ranks will land you Electronics and Communication
With these marks, chances of getting admission would be little less so it is advisable to get 70+ so that you can get admission easily in VIT campuses in decent branches.

Of course if you prepare for BITSAT obvioulsy it will be easy to write other competetive/entrance exams,but my suggestion is to prepare for JEE Pattern and syllabus,most of the colleges for their entrance exams they will be conducting the exams as per JEE

All universities will follow the same procedure for placement.
Now coming to the point of VIT placements. Yes during the time of placement all students across the various campuses of VIT will have to come in the main campus (Vellore) and thereby the procedure of recuitment will start.
Dear Student,
In order to be eligible for VITEEE you should have aggregate 60% marks in PCM otherwise you will not be able to get admission.
