There is no such information about qualifying marks of VITEEE. But you can chekc the cut off ranks for previous year on the link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/viteee-cutoff.

The insitute hasn't specified any qualifying marks as such. So, any miniumum marks will depend on how candidates have performed in the VITEEE 2018 entrance exam, seats available in a particular programme, and applications received for admission.
