There are only two main important factor during the time of counselling 

1. Your VITEEE rank should be under 1 lakh 

2. Your PCM percentage should be more than 60%

As you said you are in dilemma whether you will able to score 60% in pcm or not

Dear Mahesh, if you want to take admission in VIT campuses then you need to score at least >=35 marks.because if you qualify marks then your rank estimated would be around 20,000.

 the results of VITEE are offically will be declared in the month of april 25 as per the recent update in case of the result will be in RANKS only it will intimated you through message as well while VITEE will never give in marks and it doesnt release

I do not understand your question well. VIT only releases your rank and not your mark. For getting into VITEEE, you need a rank below 1L for attending the counseling.

VITEEE 2018 was being conducted in online mode from April 4 to 15. The result of VITEEE 2018 will be announced on or before April 27.
