Sorry to say but with this rank you wouldn't be able to get CSE at least in the main campuses like vellore and chennai however you might get a seat in VIT bhopal or AP as because of being new there cut offs are very low as compared to other

Seeing your rank i must say your chances are very less for CSE,but if you willing to pay more fees you can bag a CSE seat through management quota.

You have almost zero chance to get VIT Vellore and Chennai Campus with this rank because previous year, Cutoff rank for VIT Vellore was 7000 for CSE and 12,000 for Chennai Campus.
But you can get VIT AP and Bhopal Campus for B.Tech in CSE or Electrical Engineering.
