You have almost zero chance to get VIT Vellore and Chennai Campus with this rank because previous year, Cutoff rank for VIT Vellore was 7000 for CSE and 12,000 for Chennai Campus.

But you can get VIT AP and Bhopal Campus for B.Tech in CSE or Electrical Engineering.

you can get civil and production at vellore campus, and every branch expect computer science at chennai campus. however you may get CS at bhopal and amrawati campus.

It is difficult to get civil as cut off was around 40000.if you are sc st then it might be possible but its hard to get.try for some other private colleges which allows direct admission. 

Based on your score the chances are less to get a seat in VIT Vellore & VIT Chennai campus. But you can have the chance for VIT Amaravati & VIT Bhopal. You can check VITEEE counselling with the given below link.
