You can apply for VITEEE 2019 in both online and offline. You need to pay ₹1200/- in order to fill the form! For offline application you need to fill the OMR sheet with prescribed details and post it to the University address. For online appication you can apply

It is not as difficult as JEE Mains. It is easier than JEE though the format is a bit different from other exams. The duration of the exam is 2.5 hours without any form of negative marking. All the questions are Multiple Choice Questions.
