You will glad to know that they will refund the whole amount of your money except 10K counseling fee and 1K hostel fee but the withdrawn of money will have a date. So I am suggesting you at the time of counseling ask this from the office staff

As per the previous years cut off the second round counseling closing rank for ECE was 42K. Apart from that, you can get Civil, Production and Biomedical branches in VIT Vellore with your rank.

As per the previous year cut off you will get admission in Fashion Technology, Production Engineering and Electronic and Communication as the 2nd round counseling of all the above courses were 55K, 50K, 42K.
