As CSE is a core branch the cutoff of this course is high. According to previous years cutoffs it is difficult for you to get CSE in VIT VELLORE branch as it's cutoffs are around 6000 to 5000. Their is only a slight change  in cutoffs very year.

• VIT Velllore is 13500
• VIT Chennai is 14000

Hope you are doing good. According to your rank i.e.., 104777 I guess you can get the seat in vit vellore campus but you need to attend the councelling when they call you. Maybe your fee structure will be comparitively high.
