With a rank of 52000 it would be difficult to get CSE or ECE in any of the old VIT campus.However there may be a brisk chance,you can get the same in VIT,Bhopal.

You should apply for both of them.As EWS category is added this year only so there is no idea about upto what rank students will get college.

see it is quite impossible to predict that you will get cse for sure. however from the previous years counselling record you have great chance to get computer science. but score differs year to year and depends on number of students are participating on it. so keep faith in
