You have a pretty good rank and I think you can easily secure a CSE seat in VIT chennai campus . It comes around 1.95 lakhs per annum for CSE,Mechanical and ECE(exclusive of hostel fee).

For first category fees rank must be under 5k

For second category fees rank must be between 5–7k

For second category fees rank must be between 7–15k

For third and forth category fees rank must be under 25k

For 5th category fees you get admission with rank under 65k
