May be for production and industrial engineering branch. At Chennai campus you may get fashion technology. For good branches, you must try for VIT Bhopal or VIT Amaravati as cutoffs there are lower. you can get VIT Bhupal campus not for your choice of stream of subject of Engineering but to take admission in any engineering courses.To get Vellore campus of Vellore Institute Technology for CSE branch to score at least 90 out of 125 total marks. Secure at least less than 9000 rank in Vellore Institute of technology entrance examination. Taking admission in Vellore campus  for the next year in Vellore Institute of Technology entrance examination to qualify VITEEE with atleast  9,000 rank..

So with regard to your query, YES there are less chances for you to get admission into the any of the four branches of the VIT. As per the recent cutoff trends, you will also be able to get the Mechanical, ECE and also EEE branches as well. But CSE is not that much possible for you to get.  However, the cutoffs vary from one year to another. So, don't loose hope, wait until the end of the counselling.

looking at the previous year Cutoff for VITEEE, in order to get CSE (Computer Science and Engineering ) in VIT Vellore, you should score marks of around 90+ in VITEEE exam and you must get a rank of within 8000 to get CSE branch in VITEEE.
