According to your rank in VITEEE 2019 ,you have good chance to get seat in CSE in VIT vellore campus as previous year closing rank was under 10k So you can get.

You have to score less than 5k rank in VITEEE for cse branch and for 5k rank you must have score more than 90.Final cutoff rank may vary depends upon number of student appearing in exam and level of question paper.

VITEEE examination does not have any category or caste system. The exam judges everyone upon their performances. Thus in VITEEE the selections are not made according to marks those are made by your rank in that respective exam. So to crack VITEEE your rank should be under 1

             You can apply for the next jee exam so there is no problem. But the problem is you should first write jee mains and after qualifying in mains only you can write advanced. If you write mains you can write advance else you can apply for next year
