With 17k rank in VITEEE,you will get almost all stream in VIT,Vellore campus.Stream like mechanical, electical or civil you can easily secure seats in such branch.But for CSE OR IT you need at least 13k rank under general category.

With a rank of 10,995 in VITEEE 2019 IS 10995, you can expect to get CSE in the Chennai campus since based on the previous cutoffs, a rank till 12,000 would get CSE in Chennai and the closing rank for CSE Vellore ( category 1 ) was around 7,000

You will get CSE at KIIT since your rank in KIITEE is 1050 and past year cutoffs show a minimum rank of 3,500-4,500. In SRMJEE, the merit seats for CSE get filled by around 5,000 rank and that in VITEEE is 4,000. So, KIIT would be a better option
