You might get electronics in later categories but not Computer Science.
Even in Chennai campus, CSE is a little difficult.
You might want to check out Bhopal and Amravati, the relatively new two campus of VIT.

With 17k rank in VITEEE,you will get almost all stream in VIT,Vellore campus.Stream like mechanical, electical or civil you can easily secure seats in such branch.But for CSE OR IT you need at least 13k rank under general category.
