First, of all congratulations its the top most clg in india. There is not exact or correct date known to anyone as it depends on the vit vellore. The exact date that is to be xonsidered is only known when you get in touch qith the clg .

Sorry, it will be difficult for you to get seat in CSE at VELLORE as it is one of the Top colleges so  its cutoffs are high around 6000 to 6500. You can get CSE at CHENNAI campus easily. You can get IT and other courses in VELLORE
