With this rank for ece branch you can try for Bhopal branch . In chennai branch your chances are very low for ece . Vellore branch is almost impossible with this rank.

Definitely you can get CSE  at VIT vellore .Last year cut off of CSE was around 10k.You have chances that you can get it.You must apply for its counselling.
