Your rank is very good and you are eligible for all top colleges. Talking about Osmania University. You can also choose any branch as per your interest. But if you wish to opt civil you can easily get that is Osmania  University. But also explore other open options for you as your rank is very good. The counselling has already started from june 3rd week.

It is very difficult to get admission in state universities with 433 rank unless and until if you have reservation or quota…My friend wrote tspgecet when we were in final year and one fine day the results were announced and the moment he saw his result he was in cloud 9 as he got state 50 rank in tspgecet..He thought atleast he would get JNTU Hyderabad…But his expectations gone in vain…He got VLSI design course in VNRVJIET….We all were literally shocked by seeing his allotment order after first councelling….We enquired about this from one of the student in JNTU university Hyderabad who was studying M.TECH(CSE)..And he gave us clear picture that the first priority will be given to GATE candidates and then left over seats would be given to TSPGECET rank holders in the order of merit..if you want to join in state universities I suggest you to write GATE exam and try to get all India rank below 10000….If you want to study only in OSMANIA university then try too get all India rank below 5000 as there is a very high competition for this university because of less semester fees….There are some instances that a candidate left NIT WARANGAL to join OSMANIA UNIVERSITY because of its prime location in Hyderabad and very very very low tution fee and hostel fee…So I suggest aspirants who aspire to do M.tech in state universities especially in telangana is better to write gate exam and get the good rank…

as you are non local candidate you will be given very less opportunity to get into osmania university

there are around 160 seats available for the non local students.so in case you wanna get with osmania university you have to go with management seats or other affiliated colleges.

Congrats pravalika, you have got good rank in PGECET, But with this rank it is very hard to get seat in JUTU, and your caste category is also can't help for this rank. So you can apply for top colleges in Telengana and you will get seat in good college.

Congratulations on getting good rank in PGECET, But with this rank it is hard to get seat in JNTU Hyderabad, because the competation is very tuff and your rank little high than the university cut-off.
