YOU, cannot retain your allotted seat in SRM Counselling. IF you have got a seat in SRM Counselling and if you do not accept your allotted seat then your seat will be offered to some other candidate who has also registered himself/herself in the SRM Counselling. To avoid that, you can cancel the seat or you can accept the seat allotted to you in SRM Counselling.

However, the paper comparison of both the exams show that there is not much difference. So there are good chances for you to get the good rank in the VITEEE exam and get the desirable seat.
Thank you!

Hi there,
SRM university co ducts their own entrance exam for admisions into various courses for undergraduate and postgraduate program.
See, as you have mentioned that you have secured a rank of 15k which is quite good so there is no need to pay donation because you are not taking admission through direct entry or management quota. Then why are you paying a donation fees.
Also, if you have crossed their cutoff range for any particular branch then there is no chance or sense of asking for donations.
Better keep your money safe .
Hope this information will help you. Revert if you have any kind of doubt.
Thank you and very good luck:)
