As you have got rank 32,008 in SRMJEEE according to previous year cutoffs it os difficult for you to get CSE in main campus bit you will get CSE in other campuses like ramapuram and vadapalani with specialisation. But also you can get ECE branch in main campus.

For counseling you definitely have to pay the amount of 210,000 and if you would be eligible for anything you would be refunded the balance amount. The counseling fee is 10000, if you want to quit your decision to get admitted to the college then you will be refunded

Sorry to say that you dont have the chance of getting CSE branch in srmjee because the closing rank is 10,000 in main campus chennai .you may have chances of getting cse seat in srm amaravathi but most preferly less chances to get where as you can get
